OnSiteCall

Off your personal phone.

Every text. One place.

Text customers from your business number, with their photos, their history, and the next visit right beside every conversation.

A business owner at his kitchen table in the evening, replying to a customer’s text on his phone.

Texts. Photos. History. One thread.

Every conversation beside the customer’s history, next visit and unpaid balance.

The whole story, right there.

The OnSiteCall inbox with Grace Okafor’s conversation open: her photo of a leaking water heater, the reply booking Dana for 8:30, the invoice link sent this morning, and her text saying it’s paid. Her address, last job and balance sit on the right.

  • Waiting on you.

A dot marks every customer who texted last. One tap filters the list down to them.

  • Who they are.

Their next visit, last job, and anything still owed sit right beside the thread.

  • Links that get paid.

Text an estimate or invoice link. Customers open it on their phone to approve or pay.

Saves a trip.

See it before you go.

Get a photo of the leak, label or panel right in the conversation. Head out knowing what to expect.

Hi, our water heater is leaking at the base. Here’s a photo.

So sorry, Grace! Dana can be there tomorrow at 8:30. Close the cold water valve on top for now.

Polite, not pushy.

Follow-ups that know when to stop.

Turn on the reminders you want. Quiet leads, unanswered quotes and upcoming visits get a text in your own words.

Never between 7 PM and 9 AM. Never once they’ve answered. Lead and quote texts stop as soon as the job is booked, and a STOP reply always works.

Questions about texting.

Your number, the carriers, photos, and the texts that send themselves.

Which number do my texts come from?

A local business number you pick in OnSiteCall. Customers can text you back on it, and a call to it rings your own phone.

Can I start texting as soon as I sign up?

Business texting needs brand and campaign approval from the carriers, followed by linking your number. Review times vary; the dashboard shows each step. OnSiteCall covers the registration fees. Texts can send once setup is approved and the number is ready.

Can customers send photos?

Yes. Photos texted to your business number land in the conversation, right next to the customer’s history.

Can I see who I’m texting?

Yes. Beside every conversation you’ll see the customer, their next visit, their last job, and anything they still owe. Numbers that aren’t customers yet say so.

Are follow-ups automatic?

Only if you want them. Turn on texts for quiet leads, unanswered quotes, and visit reminders, in your own words. They never go out between 7 PM and 9 AM, and they stop once the customer answers.

What if a customer texts STOP?

Texts to them stop. They can text START to turn them back on.

Go on. Text them back.

Keep the conversation with the work.

Pick your business number, register with the carriers once, and give every customer conversation a home.
