Questions about marketing.

Who you can text, when texts go out, replies, reviews and postcards.

Who can I text?

Customers and leads who can receive texts. Anyone who texted STOP or is marked do not contact is left out automatically, and nobody gets two campaign texts within 7 days.

Do I need carrier registration?

Yes. US carriers require every business that texts to register first. Campaigns send once your registration is approved.

When do texts go out?

Right away, or at a time you pick. Either way they only go out between 9 AM and 8 PM in your time zone, about one a second. Anything sent later waits for the morning.

What happens when someone replies?

The reply lands in your Inbox like any other text, and the campaign counts it. A reply counts for 14 days after the text, a booking or an approved estimate for 30.

How do review requests work?

Save your Google review link once. When a job is marked paid, that customer gets one text asking for a review. It goes once per customer, not after every job, and texting has to be set up first.

Do you send postcards?

You can upload your own artwork and preview the front and back in OnSiteCall. To mail them, plan the mailing with our team.

They already like you.

Bring them back.

Text the people who already know you, ask paid customers for a Google review, and keep every reply in your Inbox.
