OnSiteCall

See you in two weeks.

Book it once. It’s on repeat.

What happens

Each time a visit is marked done, an invoice is made for that visit.

Nothing is charged when you save.

Next one’s the 20th.

The whole plan, one page.

The next visit, assigned tech, payments and full visit history, all on the plan’s page.

Snowbirds, sorted.

Pause for winter.

Customers go away. Plans change. Pause the plan, skip a visit, or end it, right from the plan page.

  • Upcoming visits come off the calendar and the tech’s day. Nothing is texted to the customer.

  • Skip one visit. The rest of the plan carries on.

  • Done for good? End it, and no more invoices are made.

Questions about plans.

The calendar, closed days, pausing, texts and billing.

How far ahead do visits show on the calendar?

About 60 days. Later dates still show on the plan’s timeline as Not on the calendar yet, and they move onto the calendar as the day gets closer.

What if a visit lands on a day we’re closed?

It moves to your next open day.

Can I pause a plan or skip a visit?

Yes. Pause a plan and its upcoming visits come off the calendar and the tech’s day, and nothing is texted to the customer. Skip a single visit and put it back if plans change. End a plan and no more invoices are made.

Does the customer get a text?

Only the ones you turn on. You can send one text when the plan is set up, with the plan and the first visit. Invoices can be texted with a pay link.

Can I bill monthly?

Yes. Pick Flat price and one invoice is made each month, quarter or year, counted from the start date. Or bill per visit, with an invoice for each completed visit. A monthly flat price isn’t billed in months the plan doesn’t run.

Who does the visits?

One tech per plan. If they’re already booked at that time, the visit goes on the dispatch board unassigned.

Can I manage plans from my phone?

Yes. As the business owner, use the mobile app’s office view to create or edit a plan, preview upcoming visits, skip a visit, and pause, resume, or end a plan.

Then it keeps coming.

Set it once.

Put the work that comes back on a plan. The visits land on the calendar, and the invoices follow.
