Questions about the day.
Booking, moving jobs, the crew, and the work that comes back.
How do jobs get onto the schedule?
Click an open slot on the day board and book it right there, or book a lead after reviewing the request. Pick the customer, service, time, duration, and technician. New job on the title row opens a draft in the unassigned lane.
Which views are there?
Day is the dispatch board, with a lane for each tech across the hours. Week is a planner. Month is the calendar. On the phone, each tech sees their own day.
Can customers book online?
Yes. The owner can publish separate booking pages with their own services and appearance, all using the same availability. Set advance notice, how far ahead customers can book, and which team members take the work. Results show page visits, booking progress, and completed bookings.
Does it warn me about double-booking?
Yes. If a slot is already taken for that tech, the board says so and the booking does not go through. Each tech’s avatar also fills with the hours booked, so a full day is obvious at a glance.
Can I move a job once it is booked?
Drag it. A new time, a new tech, or both in one drop. In the week and month views you drag a job to another day the same way.
Can I schedule recurring work?
Yes. Choose weekly, monthly, or yearly, preview the dates, and the visits go on the board. You can pause a plan or skip a single visit when circumstances change.
What does my crew see?
Their assigned jobs and site visits, with addresses, notes, and photos. They can see the day’s stops on a map and open directions in Google Maps or Apple Maps. Status changes reach the office when the app has a connection.
What can my crew do without a signal?
Open previously loaded job details and save key field updates, including progress, notes, checklists, photos, signatures, and receipts. Those changes queue on the phone and sync when the connection returns. Supported time punches also save offline with their original times. Text delivery and card processing need a connection.
Can I schedule a return visit?
Yes. When work needs another day, save the reason and choose a return date and time from the job. The follow-up stays connected to the original work and customer.
Can I send an urgent job to the crew?
Yes. Create a dispatch request for a teammate from the office. It appears in their mobile Dispatch view, where they can accept or decline, and you can follow the response in the dispatch log.
