Questions about getting paid.

Card payments, deposits, receipts, refunds, and the invoices that run late.

How do my customers pay?

They open the invoice link you text them and pay by card through your own Square or Stripe account, with one connected at a time. You can also record cash, checks, Zelle and other payments yourself.

Can they pay part of it?

Online, they can pay the deposit or the whole balance. Anything else you collect, record for any amount. The invoice shows “Partly paid” until the balance reaches zero.

Do customers get a receipt?

Yes. After paying online they land on a thank-you page with “Download receipt” and “Print”, and you can text them a receipt from the invoice.

Can I refund a payment?

Card payments taken through Square can be refunded right from the invoice. Pick a reason and the money goes back to the customer.

Does OnSiteCall take a cut of my payments?

No. Your customer payments settle with your payment provider. Payouts and processing fees live in your Square or Stripe account.

What about invoices that run late?

The Invoices page keeps what’s owed in view. Open the Unpaid tab and text the link to the customer again, right from the list. Texting from your business number needs approved carrier registration.

Go on, send it.
