One book. Every price.

Your services, materials and prices in one book. Add photos, set units and see what sells.

The OnSiteCall Price Book showing services in chapters, each with a photo or icon, a price or price range with its unit, and a sales line such as Sold 14 times for $44,800.
The actual Price Book in OnSiteCall.
  1. Chapters you name.

Group the book the way you sell, like HVAC · Maintenance or Repairs.

  2. A price or a range.

Flat, or per hour, visit, job, fixture and more. A range reads $3,200 to $4,800.

  3. What it sold.

Every item shows how often it sold and what it brought in, like Sold 14 times · $44,800.

No napkin math.

Know what every part makes.

Each part keeps what it costs you beside what you charge. OnSiteCall shows the margin, and the profit on each one.

Track stock on hand and set low-stock alerts, too. Owners can receive parts or correct a count; favorites keep frequently used parts close by.

Questions about prices.

Imports, parts and labor, ranges, techs, and your website.

Can I import my prices?

Yes. Import a CSV of the prices you already have. OnSiteCall recognizes the columns from other field service apps and from plain spreadsheets. Or start from editable AI drafts for your trade.

Does it handle parts and labor?

Yes. Services are the work you sell, priced flat or per hour, visit, job, fixture and more. Materials are your parts, with what each one costs you beside its price.

Can I keep track of parts in stock?

Yes. Turn on tracking, record your starting count, and set a low-stock alert. Quantities update when tracked materials go onto issued invoices; estimates do not consume stock. Owners can receive stock or correct counts while connected.

Can I give a price range?

Yes. Set a price and an Up to price, and the item shows as a range, like $1,450–$2,400. When you add it to an estimate or invoice, it comes in at the starting price.

Can my techs see prices?

Only if you allow it. You decide whether techs see prices in the field and whether they can add items to a job. Changing the book itself is for owners and managers.

Does my website chat use my prices?

Yes. Website chat answers from your active services and their ranges, and your website booking form lists your services with their prices.

Can I add photos?

Yes. Add a photo to any service or part, and mark the parts you use most as favorites so they show first when you build an estimate.
