Saved on your phone.
Downloaded job details and previously loaded records are available offline. Photos need to finish downloading first. Load your current shift before you need to clock out without a signal.
Basements happen. So do dead zones.
Open downloaded jobs and save your work on the phone. Supported changes sync when you reconnect.

Before, during, after the dead zone.
Get the job ready before you leave. Keep its record while you’re there. Catch the office up when you reconnect.

Open Offline & sync while you’re connected. Bring the job details, paperwork and recent context onto your phone before the signal disappears.
A quick check before you roll.
Know what’s already on your phone and what will need a connection. A little preparation keeps the day moving.

Sending messages, processing cards and getting current online information need internet. Saved work stays on the phone until it syncs; a held change may need your review before later changes can follow.
Upcoming downloads cover up to 40 eligible jobs through the next 14 days. Check what’s saved and finish syncing before signing out, clearing the app or switching phones.
What to download, what stays on the phone, and what happens when you reconnect.
Sign in while connected and open Offline & sync. Refresh saved data and check the download count. The app prepares up to 40 upcoming jobs within the next two weeks, with paperwork, notes and recent context. Other pages keep information you have already opened, and photos are available after they have downloaded.
Supported work includes job progress, notes, checklists, photos, signatures, receipts, customer and job edits, and time punches. You need the relevant records downloaded and the usual permissions. Supported message composers can save a text to the outbox; the customer receives nothing until it is sent after reconnection.
The app attempts to sync when Wi-Fi or mobile data returns and when you reopen it. Keep the app open while saved work uploads. Offline & sync shows waiting changes and anything that needs attention; there is no promise of continuous uploading while the operating system has suspended the app.
A conflicting change can be held for review. In Offline & sync, inspect saved details, compare supported conflicts with the latest server version, and choose whether to apply your edits. A change needing attention can hold later changes so they stay in order.
No. Card processing and other connected services require a connection. Saving a supported payment record for later sync is different from charging a card. Sign-in, new downloads and current crew locations also need a connection.
No. Unsynced work is stored on that device. Reconnect and check Offline & sync before signing out, clearing app storage, reinstalling, or moving to another phone.
A little less dependent on the bars.
Bring the right information to the job, keep a record of the work, and sync supported changes when you reconnect.
