OnSiteCall

Less “where are you?”

See the crew. Plan the next.

See shared crew locations and today’s jobs together. Know who’s working, driving, or available before the next call.

Make the next call count.

Who can take
the next one?

An opening in the schedule. An urgent call. See who’s available and where they last checked in, then reach the right person.

Start with availability.

Filter the crew by who’s working, on the way or available. Open a teammate to see their current job and last-reported location.

Keep the conversation close.

Call or text from their details. Once you’ve agreed on the next stop, handle the assignment in your schedule.

What the map tells you.

Shared locations, reported times, and the difference between a useful picture and a live feed.

Is this continuous background GPS tracking?

No. Mobile location sharing is opt-in and reports while the app is open, including at job milestones. It does not continuously track someone with the app closed. The map shows the latest location reported, not a guaranteed second-by-second position.

How do I know whether a location is current?

Each person has a last-reported time. Older positions are marked as last seen rather than presented as current. Positions older than four hours are not shown as location pins, and people who stop sharing are removed from the location view.

Can I see jobs as well as people?

Yes. Today’s open jobs with map coordinates appear alongside crew locations and your business location, when those coordinates are available. You can show or hide job pins and filter the crew by status.

Does it automatically optimize a driving route?

No. The map helps you see the day and choose who to contact. Technicians can open directions from their route or job view in Apple Maps or Google Maps. OnSiteCall does not promise automatic route optimization.
