The walkthrough comes first.

Get the scope before you promise the night.

Which rooms, which floors, and what time can you get in? Keep the request and walkthrough notes together while you work out the service.

  1. Collect the site details.

Ask about the building, cleaning frequency, and access hours on your website form. Photos can help explain the space.

  2. Record the walkthrough.

Add the site contact, the areas in scope, and your visit notes to the customer and job records.

  3. Keep phone inquiries in the mix.

Add calls, emailed requests, or introductions from a property manager as leads yourself.

  1. Name what is covered.

Use service descriptions to explain the rooms or tasks included in the estimate.

  2. Separate occasional work.

Keep deep cleaning and additional floor care apart from the regular service when the scope calls for it.

  3. Review each site’s estimate.

Choose items from your price book, adjust the quantities and prices, and send the finished scope for approval.

The site closes. Your next visit is ready.

Put agreed service nights on a recurring plan. The assigned team member has the visit details, while the office can follow the work and its invoices.

Questions commercial cleaning owners ask.

Your prices, your customers, and the way your shop works.

Can I schedule cleaning on more than one day each week?

Yes. A recurring plan can include selected weekdays, so the same site can have a Monday and Thursday service schedule, for example.

Can the assigned cleaner see the site instructions?

Yes. Use customer and job notes for the site contact and arrival instructions, and checklists for the work. Team access follows the person’s role and job assignment.

Can I invoice a fixed amount each month?

Yes. Choose per-visit billing or a fixed monthly invoice amount for the recurring plan. This creates invoices; it does not automatically charge the customer’s card.

Can a supervisor record photos and completed tasks?

Yes. The mobile app supports job photos, notes, checklists, and status updates, keeping a record of what was completed at the site.

Can I quote a one-time deep clean alongside regular work?

Yes. Keep a deep-clean service in your price book and prepare a separate estimate for that scope. Once approved, arrange its appointment separately from the regular visits.

Leave the morning to them.
