They like the same Monday.
A fresh home. A full week.
The first deep clean, the Monday regulars, and the move-out before handing back the keys. Keep every home, visit, and invoice together.

Two bedrooms. One very fluffy dog.
Know the home before you quote.
Room count, the kind of clean, and the spots that need extra attention. Gather the details in the request so the estimate starts with a clearer picture.
Ask about the actual work.
Add questions to your website form for bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and the extras they want. Customers can include photos.
Keep the conversation with the request.
Your website chat can collect a new inquiry using your business and service information.
Make room for referrals.
When a regular recommends you to the neighbor, add that request yourself with their address and notes.

The regular clean. The little extras.
Give each service a place in your price book, then build an estimate around the home. The oven and the fridge can have their own lines.

Example pricesSeparate the first visit.
Keep a first-time deep clean separate from the recurring service, with its own price and description.
Make the extras clear.
Add oven, fridge, or other requested work to the estimate so the customer can see what is included.
Keep your own rates.
Use the sample structure as a starting point. Set the service names and prices to match your business.
The regulars have a place in the week.
Set the repeat schedule once, keep the home’s notes with the customer, and see the next visits on the calendar. A familiar doorstep, with the details already there.

A rhythm for each home.
Set weekly, every-other-week, or monthly visits to match the arrangement you make with the customer.
Remember the small things.
Keep entry instructions, room preferences, and pet notes on the customer record for the person doing the clean.
Invoice the visits.
Use per-visit billing for the plan. Recurring invoices do not automatically charge the customer’s card.
Start with the homes you know.
Set up around your regulars.
Add the services you offer, bring over your customers, and put the repeat visits in place.

Questions house cleaning owners ask.
Your prices, your customers, and the way your shop works.
Can I schedule a clean every other week?
Yes. Set a recurring plan to every two weeks and choose the day and time. You can also use weekly or monthly schedules for other customers.
Can I quote extras separately?
Yes. Add services such as an oven interior or fridge clean to your price book, then include them as separate lines on the estimate. You review the scope and price before sending it.
Can the cleaner see the home’s preferences?
Customer and job notes can hold entry instructions, pets, and the rooms or surfaces that need special attention. The mobile app gives the assigned team member the job details they are allowed to see.
Does a recurring plan charge the customer automatically?
No. Recurring billing creates invoices according to the plan. It does not automatically debit a card. Payment is a separate step.
What happens when a customer approves the estimate?
The agreed estimate is recorded. Approval alone does not book a cleaning visit; the day and time still need to be arranged and confirmed.
